The Minddistrict service desk is a second-line service desk. That is to say that clients and professionals cannot contact Minddistrict. Organizations themselves, with the help of the application managers, arrange a first-line service desk to answer questions from their own organization. If an application manager on the first line service desk does not know how to answer a question, want to report a bug or have a request, you can contact the Minddistrict service desk. So you are the switch point between the individual users and the service desk.

Bug or malfunction

Change request
Do you want to change a platform configuration? Please contact the Account Manager. If you're not sure who the account manager is for your organization, please contact the service desk. The service desk will forward the change request to the appropriate account manager. Upon approval of the change, the service desk will complete the change within 5 working days.
Activate or deactivate content
Want to activate or deactivate certain content? Please contact the Account Manager. If you're not sure who the account manager is for your organization, please contact the service desk. The service desk will forward the change request to the appropriate account manager. Upon approval of the change, the service desk will complete the change within 5 working days.
Delete request client account

Request a new platform
Is your organization going to work with Minddistrict? Then you get oyur own Minddistrict platform. Not a customer yet? Then you can easily order your own Minddistrict platform via our website or contact the Minddistrict service desk. Is your organization already a customer at Minddistrict, but you would like to start with a new/extra platform? Please contact your Minddistrict account manager.
