The Minddistrict service desk never needs personal information from a client (name, date of birth, e-mail address). On the contrary, in consideration of the client's privacy, we should never receive this information at all.

Do you have a question from or about a client and want to contact the service desk about a client? Make sure all traceable client information (name, date of birth, e-mail address, photo, etc.) has been removed from the e-mail.

Securely send information to service desk

Client ID

Still have a question about a specific client account? If so, please send the client's ID. This is a unique and anonymous client ID. How to find this IDis explained on another support page. If you send the entire URL of the client account, the service desk can retrieve the correct information. The URL contains the platform and the ID.

A screenshot may contain clues for the service desk to work with.

Do you want to include screenshots in your e-mail? Make sure that on the screenshots all traceable client information (name, date of birth, e-mail address, photo) has been removed or made unreadable on the screenshot.

Editing screeshots can be done through various progammes, such as Paint. Don't know exactly how it works? Search for online instructional videos on how to do this.

Notification according to GDPR

Have we received client data by mistake? We will delete the data from the e-mail and notify you. Furthermore, we may make a report to our Compliance Officer. Who can then report this according to the GDPR.

Therapist has sent information to wrong client

It can happen to the best of us: sometimes a therapist accidentally sends information about/for client A to client B. For privacy reasons his is highly undesirable. Fortunately, this can be quickly resolved. The support site for professionals shows how the therapist can delete a message.
