Under the 'data' tab, you'll find an overview of all exports. You can see who, when, which, and how often an export has been downloaded. Click on 'Create export' to start an export.

As an application manager, you can't run exports. You need the role of Data Analyst or Data Officer. Read here what the different functions entail.

Do you want to assign the data role to yourself or to another colleague? Click here to find out how you can do this.

Create Export

When you have the role of data analyst or data officer, you have the option to run an export. The exports are divided into different categories:

  • Users
  • Tools
  • Communication

When it is configured that clients or consumers can register themselves (anonymously), the category 'signups' will be added. You can select an export and continue to step 2 (fields).

The export 'sessions in the module' contains data about the former modules in the old style. The export 'steps in the module' is data about the mobile modules.

In step 2, you will see which fields the export contains. Certain fields are selected by default. You have the option to check or uncheck any field. Whn you hover over the information icon with your mouse, you'll see more information about what exactly the fields mean. You can also return to the default settings. Once you have chosen the fields, you can continue to step 3 (finish).

In step 3, you can complete the export assignment. On the right, you will see an overview of the export and the selected fields. Under 'show more information', you'll find more detailed information about the fields. If you want to change something else, you can go back to step 1 or 2. You have the option to open the data file in .CSV or in .JSON format. If you click on the information icon, you will find instructions on how to open the data export in CSV. Afterwards, you can create your export.

With larger data files, downloading may take longer. You will receive a task when the job is complete.

Open CSV in Excel

  1. Open the CSV file in Excel and select column A.
  2. Go to the Data tab (at the top of your screen).
  3. Choose 'Text to columns'.
  4. Choose 'Delimited' and click on 'Next'.
  5. On the next page, select only 'Comma' as a separator and then click 'Finish'.

The times in the exports are UTC times. In winter, the time in the data is an hour behind compared to the Dutch clock. In summer, the time difference is two hours.
