In no event shall it be necessary for the Minddistrict service desk to receive personal information from a client (name, date of birth, email address). On the contrary, due to the privacy of the client, we do not want to receive this information at all.
Do you have a question from or about a client and would you like to contact the Minddistrict service desk? Please ensure that all identifiable client data (name, date of birth, email address) have been removed from the email.
Do you have a question about a specific client account? Please send the URL of the client's file. In this URL, we can find the unique and anonymous client ID (click here to find out where you can find the right IDs). Based on this, the service desk can, if necessary, retrieve the correct information.
Do yo want to send screenshots along with your question for the service desk? Then make sure that all identifiable client data (name, date of birth, email address) have been deleted from or highlighted on the screenshot. There are several programs available to edit screenshots (think of Paint, Paintbrush, etc.).
Data Protection Authority
If we have received client data by mistake, we will delete the data from the email and report it to our Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer can then report this to the Dutch Data protection authority.
