If a professional has problems logging in, there may be several causes. You can do this: 

  1. Verify that his/her account was created with the correct email address. 
  2. Send the welcome email again. The professional can then reset his or her password. You can send a new welcome email from the 'Details' page in the client file. 
  3. Check out the page with common questions about logging in. Maybe there's a solution to this.
